Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu: A corner of a workshop of sculpture, under a thatched roof, with the exposition of some of the small made statues in the background and a couple of the large stones used for sculpting (by rock cutting and stone carving) them in foreground, in a typical atmosphere that gives back this traditional activity. This is the enlargement of part of the scan of a slide taken in July-August, 1996.
