From the Appia road, on the coastal plane near Minturno, under a cloudy sky, an artistic view of the south part, towards the sea, of the Monti Aurunci, with a tree (a cypress). From this perspective, the mountains have the appearance of a sphinx. Actually, the peak in the center is the Cima del Redentore (the top of The Redeemer), that belongs to Monte Altino.
